Individual Therapy

We are often nudged into this space when some aspect of our life is not working. It may be externally provoked by life stressors like relational conflict, an unwanted habit, or a life transition. Or this nudge can be internally driven. It might show up as depression, or take the form of chronic anxiety or anger. Sometimes it appears as loneliness, or sleepless nights, or a general feeling of unhappiness. These nudges are important signals, and therapy can be an opportunity to lean in and discover new ways of experiencing and connecting to yourself, your relationships, and the world.

Therapy is a space for you to slow down mentally, make sense of how you’ve ended up here, and gain clarity in the direction you want to go.  The complexity of your unique life will be respected as I know that no two people are alike, and you wouldn’t be here if change and healing were straightforward and easy. We will explore your circumstance from different angles, and work through issues that have left you stuck in pain, or repeating patterns that cause you to suffer.

Common Issues Addressed:
  • Depression or general unhappiness
  • Anxiety and Stress
  • Trauma
  • Relationships
  • Life Transitions
  • Eating disorders and body image
