I utilize an integrative, non-blaming approach to therapy that separates you from what you are struggling with, draws upon your strengths, and values you as a whole and complex person. Our therapy will be centered on helping you to better understand yourself, what you would like to change and what you can come to accept, and to help you get back to enjoying (or discovering) what matters to you.
