Parents of Teens

Parenting a teenager is not easy! Emotions feel big, changes feel abrupt, and relationships can be volatile. As a parent, you might feel unsure of how to navigate these incredibly formative years.

If your child has emotional or mental health issues like depression or anxiety, or difficult urges or behaviors, such as suicidal thoughts, self-injury or eating issues, it likely feels even more complicated.

You do not need to figure this out on your own.

It is the greatest privilege for me to support families in a constructive and collaborative way so that this transitional season of life can be embraced as a time of growth, self-understanding, and a greater connection to one another. Because it can be challenging for everyone involved, I offer a variety of services to meet your family’s specific needs.
